Certain words used in this document carry specific meanings, which are clarified below. These meanings apply throughout the entire document.

• "Member" or "User" refers to any person registered on tk999.
• "Account" refers to each member's individual login-protected profile.
• "Balance" refers to the real money held in a member's account; bonus credits are counted separately.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits awarded by tk999, which become withdrawable after specific wagering conditions are met.
• "Bet" or "Wager" refers to any activity involving placing money in the slots, live casino or sports sections.
• "We" / "Company" refers to the entity that operates tk999.

Membership and Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

To open an account on tk999, the user must be at least 21 years old. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false information may result in the account being suspended or closed and the balance being forfeited.

2.2 One Account Only

Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, bank account or identity details is strictly prohibited. Breaching this rule will result in all accounts being closed and all balances and bonuses being cancelled.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure security and prevent fraud, tk999 may request identity documents at any time. You may be asked to submit a copy of your national ID card, passport or driving licence. Withdrawal requests may be delayed if verification has not been completed.

2.4 Account Security

Members are solely responsible for keeping their login details secure. Passwords must not be shared with anyone else. If any unauthorised activity is noticed on the account, the support team must be informed immediately.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on tk999 is ৳100. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major banks). The name on the payment source must match the name on the member's account; otherwise the transaction may be rejected.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The same payment methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer — can be used for withdrawals. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, withdrawals may be held during identity verification or while bonus wagering requirements remain incomplete.

3.3 Transaction Integrity

Using stolen payment methods, raising chargeback claims or conducting any fraudulent transaction is strictly prohibited. If any such activity is detected, the account concerned will be closed immediately and legal action may be taken if necessary.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

tk999 offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, making a total balance of ৳2,000; to withdraw, you must wager ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

The following general rules apply to the use of all types of bonuses:

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Bonus credits cannot be converted directly to cash.
• Each bonus offer has a set validity period; if not claimed within the specified time, the offer expires.
• Misusing bonuses or attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
• tk999 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

4.3 Other Promotional Offers

For regular members, tk999 runs several promotional offers including weekly reloads, cricket bonuses, birthday rewards, referral bonuses and weekend slot offers. Each offer has its own terms and wagering requirements, which are clearly stated on the offer page.

Betting Rules and Restrictions

5.1 Bet Validity

A bet is considered valid only when the system confirms it and the amount has been deducted from the member's account. Incomplete bets resulting from technical errors or disconnections will be settled at tk999's sole discretion.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Placing bets using software bots or automated methods.
• Attempting to guarantee a profit from bonuses by betting on two opposing outcomes.
• Exploiting offers or bonuses through multiple coordinated accounts.
• Knowingly taking advantage of any technical error on the platform.
• Interfering with another user's account or spreading fraudulent information.

5.3 Maximum Bet Limits

tk999 reserves the right to set maximum bet limits on any game, event or betting market. These limits may change in special circumstances or during major tournaments. Separate limits may apply when betting with bonus balance.

VIP Program and Cashback

tk999 operates four VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit, up to a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold and 0.8% at Platinum. Cashback is calculated based on the week's net losses (total losses minus total winnings).

Example: a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 in cashback. You can advance to higher tiers through regular play; however, whether specific turnover thresholds apply will be announced separately. Separate wagering conditions may apply to cashback.

• Operating multiple accounts.
• The user is a minor or has provided a false age.

9.2 Action by the Member

Any member may request closure of their own account. In this case the balance is withdrawable, but any bonuses will be cancelled if pending wagering requirements have not been met.

Service Changes and Limitation of Liability

tk999 reserves the right to change the content of its services, game list, offers and technical features at any time without prior notice. For major changes, a notice will be sent to the registered email address.

If any bet or transaction is affected by a technical failure, network issue, third-party software error or unforeseen circumstances, tk999 will attempt to provide a reasonable resolution within its limited liability. However, no guarantee of compensation is given in such situations.
